The delegation from Equatorial Guinea was headed by the Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mining Development, Antonio Oburu Ondo, and the General Director of Sonagas Segismundo
Nguema Nsue who highlighted the importance of strengthening international relations in the energy sector. The Director General of Monitoring of State-owned companies in the Ministry of Hydrocarbons, Oscar García Berniko, and the Directo Deputy General of Sonagas Jacinto Nguema Owono. Also present was General Director of Gepetrol, Welcome Nguema Envo.
